This is a gameplay from Captain Commando (Arcade).
Captain Commando is a 1991 futuristic side-scrolling beat 'em up video game originally developed and published by Capcom as a coin-operated arcade video game, and later ported to several other platforms. It was the seventeenth title produced for the company's CP System hardware. The game stars the titular superhero who was originally conceived as a fictional spokesman used by Capcom USA in the company's console games during the late 1980s. On September 13, 2018, Capcom announced Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle with Captain Commando being one of seven titles and released digitally for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows on September 18, 2018.

@@GAMEGENERATIONSGG Enemies on the arcade difficulty level are more aggressive. In your case, they don't even try to land any blows. The same situation as in Cadillac and Dinosaur on the easiest difficulty level. You can tell such lies to yourself, but not to me because I checked it myself. Secondly, there are hacks on PC which can't hurt you anyway. There have also been such cases, when someone is interested in the subject, it is visible.

@@bery7028 Well, I'm telling no lies. I just downloaded the arcade rom and played the game. I don't even know how to change the diffiiculty level. You can believe in whatever makes you feel good, but remember thats a TAS gameplay. Have a nice play, brow! ✌️
