God, I love C17 as a show character but I hate him as a playable character.
He's just so bad! His B3 version is still quite usable, but his IW counterpart is far from enjoyable.
I really had to squeeze my brain in order to pull off something worth watching, yet I'm barely satisfied.

Oh no, absolutely. They're very different both on the same game (B3 C18 vs B3 C17) and in different games (B3 C18 vs IW C18).
