I remember how violently impossible the X missions on this game felt to me. The ones on newer Trauma Center games are far more kinder to the player. Though I loved how more realistic the organs looked on this to be honest. xD

The newer ones in UTK2 will assrape you like with Sige if you're not paying attention you will literally lose in an instant and UTK1 was more forgiving with the vitals too

@@codecoderr7495 Those GUILT were nerfed compared to UTK1 and 2. Kyriaki lacerations doing lesser damage and Savato was just baby form and can be cheesed by lasering the center of the spawning laceration. UTK1's Savato spawns are spread out and cannot be cheesed in the same manner.

Probably a rounding error; I guess the vitals are stored as a float/decimal internally (so it might be something like 0.5), but it gets rounded down when displayed.

DGneoseeker1 I think the possible explanation to this is that since TAS is about one input per single frame.since ds game actually run at 60 frames per second, it’s possible that he fire laser one location per one frame. That mean you can fire laser 60 locations in one seconds, and the laser itself are a few frames long. That’s probably the reason why you are seeing multiple laser being fired at once. Further explanation from TAS-er needed but you get the idea right?

@@idontknowyet2875 my guess is that they are classified caduceus reports on the parasites in their worst state reported; hence the difficulty (and things like healing touch being requires for Savato.) In New Blood, there’s a challenge level, A-4. Spoiler alert, but; It is a challenge level that takes place in a VR mission given by Derek to Markus and Valerie to playtest. It contains Kyraki and Deftera, along with Cheir and Soma in parts of the operation. These could very well just be VR missions. Or Adam just pumped a special kind of hallucinogen into Derek to just appear with him anywhere to taunt him.

For example you can program it so that when the mission starts you lazer at a certain position on screen, then cut at another position, etc. Of course at the begging a special seed of the game must be running (like when entering the mission at a certain frame, etc) so that the run doesn't get ruined.
