Si tomas a cada uno en su universo cada uno es el mas fuerte en su mundo... pero si tomas la esencia de las películas, mangas (si es que lo hay) y serie (si es que tambien los hay) da por sentado que Akuma en su estado base es demasiado para Rugal.

la diferencia radica principalmente que Ryu no controla el satsui no hado, el satsui no hado lo controla a él, entonces no puede sacar el máximo potencial, a diferencia de Akuma y toda su evolución, ÉL ES Satsui no Hado

Alpha 2 is the first SF game I’ve played. My dad got the SNES port on Wii U Virtual Console, and I still play it every now and then. After seeing your video, I really wanted to try out Evil Ryu, but then I learned he’s not in the SNES version. At least Shin Akuma is.
