Lots of w strafing, mostly airpogo, a few un-optimizations on my part and several game crashes.
there's at least 20 to 26~ seconds of time improvement but unfortunately I didn't implement a good deal of this time improvement because I'm not good enough at airpogo to see where to implement said things, some of the strats that would save say 4~? seconds are too hard to execute, that and I wasn't willing to compromise a good deal of the TAS because I'd have to redo it from scratch for the aforementioned un-optimized parts.
Timing starts upon exiting the start area of Course 1, Timing ends upon entering the general walkable area leading back to spawn on Course 10's last level (level 10); The white neon square surface with a greyish button or "the other side".

all my homies love holding w in the air (12:30 looks sweet af) why does 5:07-5:09 have this weird frame?

No clue, my assumption is that in the tas it probably touches the teleport trigger but since it doesn't technically occur it freaks out as a result, that may be also why it defaults back to the last saved frame before trying to correct the position to where I'm supposed to be in the tas from the looks of it, same could be said for every bounce that causes death but doesn't technically happen during the initial process but only after it's been replayed by the tas itself.
