It's TAS-Tool Assisted Speedrun. You can use an emulator to play game, then input any command (A, B, Select, Start, Up, Down, Right, Left) at any frame or at any millisecond. Then after mapping the game like this throughout to the end, you can just hit play, then computer will run commands in sequence, and complete the game in minimum time.

@@user-yu2cq9hq5u There is a section in stage 2 and 3. For stage 2, if you fall a certain place, you cannot save yourself from there whatever you do. I had tried to escape there but I couldn't get up there, as listening to a horrific theme and scary atmosphere. About stage 3... I forgot to take glasses for the first time so it was darkness next room. I died there. Next time with glasses I was able to see but before the boss there were zombies which horrified me because they kill spiderman like instantly.
