it appears to be 2 frames because of emulator differences. bizhawk loads nes games 1 frame faster than fceux, which was used for the previous tas.

It will never cease to amaze me how a Batman game for the NES could have music that is so legitimately sad. Even the more uptempo/"techno" vibe of levels 2 and 4 still have that wailing, mournful sound.
