Yes since Tamaki aka Tammy if you play revelations persona is a character in both persona 1 and 2, so yeah Persona 0.... Probably to late to answer if this comment is one year old

As in how TAS works? It's a tool that slows down the game to about 1 frame per second, and I believe sometimes even more. Then they play the game normally, making sure to cut back as much time as possible. You can use save states in case you make a mistake. Using both slowed gameplay and save states you can make for a perfect run of a game, utilising hard to achieve glitches and all sorts of shortcuts. My favourite speedrun is of a Castlevania one, which was done in 22 seconds. xD
