MetalBlade I played the Japanese version on this game and forgot to change the blood color. On the USA version I didn't need to worry about it.

Curious. What are the conditions needed to perform them? Is it similar to killer instinct 2 where the opponents level must be at a certain level.

No, all you need is to simply use the Rage Explosion and use it afterwards. You have to win a round to do so though.

DarkLuigi Games so fresh with one round won you can perform it in the first second.

Yes, and you can use it anytime after the explosion and during rage. You don't have to use it right away.
