I noticed some anomalous health behavior around 18:03 A lot _more_ than 2 seconds may have already been cut from the run. Not sure how splicing is viewd in TAS format, but I suspect it is less frowned upon than in live runs.

It is not a modification to the game, as at 19:05 another energy tank is collected, this time exhibiting normal Energy Tank behavior.
