@@axearmor214 It was an Ultimate Joke....it's what profesional jigglypuffs do as a punish Basically if your move "advances" [like how Mii Brawler takes a step foward during their foward smash] and since it has alot of end lag, the Jigglypuff goes for rest as the punish.
