Someone understands. I don't get the obsession the Japanese have with blondies and always wanting to give them the best traits in their work. Be it anime, dramas or games, they try really hard to set them apart from the rest of the cast by either feats of strength or skill, sheer luck or just beauty.

Funny thing is his fighting style in base form looked more brutal that the awakened form. It's Like blondes are always being seen by the Japanese as cool and suave most of the time.

@@rbmaia5 Oh, l might have come off as excessively whiny. It just gets tiring, is all. I do like some blondies, like Super Saiyan or Lu Bu in Durara. But the examples of them being "better" are endless.

@@therm0alfred448 Totally, haha. And sadly, that's the decade l grew up in. So it stuck with me. To be fair, now we have the age of dark haired Isekai/fantasy main characters that can one shot a whole town by just lifting a finger.

Look at this guy, he doesn't even need to use his full power to kick Kouryu's ass. A pity regular Kaede in this game is pretty much copied and pasted from LB1, without much thought put into him. The ability to transform into Awakened Kaede would've been nice (with its corresponding buffs and life-drainage from the first game).
