Tash, I doubt you read all your comments. But if you happen to see mine I want to let you know I found your music while I was quitting heroin and I fell in love with how good it made me feel so I played these songs over and over again while I was withdrawing for a few days. You’re all I listened to for 5 days, I didn’t eat or really sleep, just listened to these songs over and over, and now I’m clean, whenever I play these songs I just think of the time I quit. It’s kind of sad to look back on but I remember your music helped me get through this

ye thats a drawback too tbh, some songs can get destroyed by something like that, memories get attached but sometimes the good vibes are too strong to get sucked down into that abyss again.. use it as ur ritual to not fall back into that shit hole. Im struggling to get past my Subutex and im around 25-30 days free from it today and funny enough I used Tash - Welcome to the jungle song to start get in touch with my inner feelings again. The struggle is real but damn this music she make is far more REAL and POWERFUL!

Had Friday evening to sunday night to get back home. 4000km total trip, your albums were the true fuel behind the power transfer from the engine to the pavement. Havent been on a road trip solo like that ever before, mind was the clearest its been in a long time since getting out of highschool but fuck this music was raw and beautiful. Havent heard/ experienced anything like that since my father introduced me to Neil Young's Rust album in grade 7!! If you can find ways to clear your mind and eliminate stress. I play the guitar and wanted to pursue in music but I never got the support from my family, they pressured me to college instead, I ended up in physio school. I just discovered you a few months ago, when I first listened to Notions.. I was in awe. After listening to all the pieces of art you've put out there, like fuck it, I'm gonna pick up my guitar again and practice and create something bcs I feel that I can but was never driven to. I listened to this song for the first time near a river clearing, with 3 friends in a small faraway village where we went camping alone. I was already having some of the best days of my life, we had so many adventures and encounters with the best people I have ever met, you wouldn't believe it if you hadn't seen it. We were smoking a joint in that clearing, appreciating everything we had been through so far, and one of my friends tells us that he has a song to show us. I had never felt something like I did that day. There was nothing but trees around us, and the best view I could ask for, where we could see the river like it didn't have an end, moon bright as the sun with its reflection over the river, at like 2 am more or less When the guitar kicked in I felt like I had just ascended where nobody ever had before. The whole tease before the solo, the start of the solo, the part at @ where I completely lost it, the goosebumps thought the whole experience, the feeling of having found what was missing all along. I mean it when I say that listening to this song that day changed my whole life, and I feel like I could never explain how I felt to nobody but those 2 friends who were with me on that journey. I will never find another song with the impact this one has had on me. I wanted to cry, laugh and just exist all at the same time.
