For those who have never been, this is how the few that I heard from a friend work. You walk in, there's normally a line of men. If you have gaydar, you know that they are all gay. You go to the counter, you pay for a locker or room, and get buzzed in. There are supplies on the inside for sale to coincide with sex. Usually condoms are abundant, and you notice blatant sex imagery. Everyone is wearing towels, underwear or nothing. Based on how nice it is, there are hot saunas, wet saunas, maybe a pool, darkroom, porn, men, and sex.

I saw that from the beginning & never understood how they could ever successfully position themselves Jussie's "victims" in their little press tour. In bathhouses, there is so much OPEN intimate activity between men that it's impossible not to know what the deal is upon arrival. The fact that he returned for 2nd and possibly a 3rd visit tells us all we need to know. The brother is lying. He was gay for pay at the very LEAST. I remember the bathhouse brother (the one on the left) bragging in another interview about how he'd graduated from college with a 3.5 GPA, dual degrees, and as a member of his university's honors program. If he's THAT smart, he certainly could figure out what the bathhouse was about after a few minutes inside. You can't brag about your education and intelligence in one breath, but pretend to be dumb when it's convenient. Just think about this: If someone is willing to conspire to stage an illegal act in PUBLIC for a fee, what makes us think they wouldn't legally whack off with another man in PRIVATE for a fee?

Adults Can Not be groomed. Adults are not naive like children and can put two and two together to figure out someone’s intentions with them. I was thinking the same thing. The only way this could apply to an adult is if they have certain mental disabilities/disorders. A lot of adults with those circumstances will still sense that the situation is odd even if they can't quite put their finger on what's bothering them.

Ive been to Steamworks (the bathhouse) many times and I have never seen either of them...however, there is no way you could enter that bathhouse and not know that it's full of gay men. (that's not the steamworks photo of Chicago btw). That said, Steamworks does have rooms that you can rent --so you can be there and not necessarily mess around with other guys. Also, it's open 24 hours so if you are tipsy and you just need to sober up, you can go there and rent a room and sleep it off.
