Yeah that's correct. People don't pay attention to the little details that Matter. Just cuz SMT is in game doesn't mean it's less valuable than something out of game. That's very important to know. But yea I'm pretty sure chameleon will , EVENTUALLY, be less valuable or as valuable as gold horn because again, goldhorn is gone and chameleon isn't. But as of now yes chameleon > goldhorn.
