Hi there, I have a question on Task1 QC1 under ROLE PLAYERS you indicated that the sole proprietor does not become the CO but will report directly to the FSCA on compliance matters without appointing a CO. On the questions here on Task1 QC4 the answer is YES the FSP has to appoint a CO if it is a SP with 1 REP. Is it because it has 1 REP? Please advise thank you
