I dont think the Soviets expected Mach 5.5 Tomahawks

"I showed the task force to the secretary of the navy, and he said 'Wow, what a great task force, you know, no one has task forces like this.' And then I said to him you know what? What if we put the radar dome on the Tomcat? And he said to me 'You know, no one has ever said that before, what a great idea!' And it is, it is a great idea. No one has ideas like I do. And why shouldn't it have a radar dome? It will see better, the radar will be better, no one will be able to shoot it down. They'll try to shoot it down and they'll say 'Wow, this is hard to shoot down how is that possible?' And that's what we are sending to Greenland, we are going to make Greenland great again!"

Greenland and Iceland should swap names. Iceland is covered in green fields, and Greenland is basically a giant ice sheet.

For the helicopters stuck on a waypoint right by the boat you can also select the first waypoint and delete it. I forget to send them out before laying a sensor field and deleting that stupid short waypoint is way simpler than relaying the field again.

Yeah I now am in the habit of sending the helo to the direction I want to lay the field, then lay the field. Skirts the bug

I love Cent's scenarios, most are very, very difficult. Enterprise Attacks is very hard, and Blockade Breaker (IIRC) is damn near impossible - perhaps intentionally so.

Most don't know the right pace for scenarios of this genre. There's a time and place for the player to be forced to deal with defensive engagement that is at a great disadvantage but most do it wrong.

I was not permitted to chat in your live feed on twitch. Might be since I'm Scandinavian and kind of mad on even the ideas you guys across the pond have to assault Greenland. Could the rest of us NATO countries pull out article 5 if Trump goes ahead and play Putin shortly ?? The danger these days might not come from the East but from the West. That's very sad.

Trump only suggested buying Greenland because the people there have expressed dissatisfaction with being under Denmark. Chill. People have the right to self-determination, don't they?

@@ColonelEviscerator I would really like to see some actual evidence of the Greenland population being unhappy under their current government and wanting to be 'bought' by the USA. Please, point me towards some credible sources. In the meantime I may drink heavily, secure in the knowledge that when I crawl, heavily hung over from my pit, the rest of the world is going to be wondering about your nations selection from the available idiots for your next President, he appears to have been smoking something, while screaming that he didn't lose last time. Oh yeah, the Panama Canal. The Torrijos-Carter Treaties, signed by the USA in 1977, under which full control passed to Panama in 1999. And now you've decided to change your mind? HTH.
@stanleyrosella704220 күн бұрын
@@ColonelEviscerator Now you got that wrong. Greenland more want selfrule not a yellow Jesus to anger them up. It's a shitstorm over here, and even talk about stuff like this is right up Putins alley. Respect to country borders are international law and Trump is walking all over that. Guess Canadians aren't very happy either brought into the USA as it's 51st state. I understand Americans rejoice but that's not the same on the other side of the fence. What country would Trump like to buy next ? The world now knows what MAGA stands for. Expansion and maybe divide the world in three parts, you know which.
