the ice shroom might slow the zombies down enough to combat the recharge, now it might still be impossible I haven't done the math and im not going to, but its worth some thought keep in mind the imitator ice shroom, i think imitator would be better as an ice shroom another option is to use garlic to put all the zombies in one lane, which would make it a tad easier to keep all defensive plants alive 5 so now the question is can 5 zombies beat the recharge time of wall nut tall nut and pumpkin, with the show effect 50% of the time form ice shroom

Some say it's sad and hellish that the 1st zombie went through all that eating, but I like to think he thought differently: They are a normal zombie, barely any thoughts. They then approached the wallnut then think to themselves "Hey, that's Lovely. A meal" After his hunger was a less severe due to the 3 pumpkins and extra doses of wallnuts, he gained a bit of a mind and was confused. They realized they had a better life than most zombies on the lawn, simply dieing. Maybe the human planting these wanted to save them? He was thankful, and kept on eating his free meal. Then it runs out. He knows this would happen eventually, and his hunger returns. As he walks towards the house, his body barely containing his temptation of brains, he thinks about how nice he was treated. They, with thier last bits of humanity didn't want to harm the human that has tried to feed them in order to sustain their hunger. They knew they lacked brains, but they weren't lacking in hearts. They then willingly walked into the potato mine, dieing happier than most. Although they didn't have dessert, it's was still nice to have a last meal before execution.

Harder version of the challenge: Try to hold a disco-zombie hostage. you can obviously kill the "backup dancers" but keep him alive for the rest of the game after he 1st appears. you'd have to setup a system to kill the backup dancers without killing disco zombie, so maybe with spikes+gloom shrooms? or maybe try to redirect them with garlic somehow? It'd be easiest to keep one who is on top or bottom lane, since he spawns 1 less dancer, but you decide if that's allowed

I found that using garlics to clear lanes for long durations is useful for these challenges. I once kept a zombie for 15 min straight just eating tall nuts and pumpkins while using garlics to keep other zombies away and using potato mines in case of miners or vaulters in case. Just a little tip if you ever try the challenge again!

This is a really good strategy, that time the game spends confused before going to the next few waves is just free time to generate sun without even having to worry about zombies. And i just know someone has already pointed this out. Haven't seen it, but I know.

Challenge idea: On the last horde of any survival of your choosing, you can only kill zombies using the lawnmowers. You have to stall them for the entirety of the round so they can all pile up and die in unison, meaning you'll be spending the first rounds just building up the thickest wall of tall nuts and pumpkins you possibly can. ngl I have no idea if this is even remotely possible, have fun trying if you choose to do so.
