Why does the clean water barley come out and its up all the way

Hi Bill Taylor. The water comes out clean because the internal machine has a filter that does not allow solid waste to pass through only the water. This filter is yellow indicating that after use the machine should always be cleaned. The pipe is always looking up first by design there is a grip with which it holds, second you can not have it down because it looks aesthetically ugly and finally when looking up the water pressure is kept down and the lid the tube generates an empty effect in the tube. You don't change you have only to charge it for 10 to 15 min , also it's dangerous to charge Soo long .
