Man, NYC shoe shiners just refuse to clean shoes before they add polish.

No pre clean? Pretty basic.

The Shine was OK, but there was no way these shoes had reached their maximum shine level. Good for a quick cleanup but so much was left on the table.

As soon as I saw that the video was less tha 9 minutes long, I knew the shine would be adequate at best.
