I watched your video and notice Carte Noire Petite Dejeuner Classic is no longer on the Tassimo website. Has it been discontinued?

Alas I am also unable to buy this one. I can recommend the 'Morning' coffee that is nice (not AS nice as Petite Dejeuner Classic), but pretty good replacement.

@@TomStrong can you do hot chocolate reviews and Tea reviews PLEASE. Also how long has your tassimo lasted until It broke or has not broken yet. I've seen many people who's tassimo broke after about 2 years.

I have a cheap espresso machine which I get good money's worth from buying beans or ground coffee..the servings just seem ridiculously small in capsules thus being expensive...do you think capsules are really worth it?

No. But I also have a Coffee percolator and a coffee press / filter. When we have company and several people want coffee, I make it fresh. Capsules are however fantastically clean and quick. For my morning coffee and my travel mug to work I always use my Tassimo !! It makes a decent enough coffee. Decent range. I have No complaints.

Gutted about there not being Cairte Noire for Tassimo anymore what do you think of L'Or or have you tried L'Or for the tassimo the new Cairte Noire

That is not one I have tried. Since this video there have been a few changes. I now really enjoy their Morning Cafe coffee. The Kenco Americano Grande XL is also fine.

No, I have friends with different ones (pods etc) but still prefer the Tassimo T-disc range and taste. Can make a very reasonable crema. I do have a new machine that I also think has improved the coffee. (My old Braun was tired and didn't make them as hot.)

They have also took off the milka hot chocolate which is a disappointment

+supereggman2000 Not really a fan of espresso. I find it hard to justify the amount dispensed and the cost per disc... I drink my coffee black and at least two of these were particularly strong..

Strongest is an interesting term as we are really talking about americano coffee. Have you tried the Costa? that has a classic coffee shop slightly burned slightly smoke depth of flavour that is certainly a strong taste.

@@TomStrong Correction 'americano' I meant. Haven't tried the Costa americano yet. I have tried the kenco americano with a milk creamer. How does the Lor XL classique compare?

I drink my coffee black a pond rarely try any of the creamers, unless we have guests and I ‘join in’. The Kenco XL is another good coffee. not as strong a taste as the Costa americano, smoother, easier first thing. not as Mellow as the ‘Morning’ Kenco. (which is also good, but not a ‘strong’ taste)
