Tassimo T20 Tutorial

I finally got my Tassimo last Christmas, after a year and a half of telling my hubby how much I wanted one...lol. I love it!! Eliminated the need to walk down to Tim Hortons every day for our coffee. Thank God for the Tims t-discs too! My husband's a total Timmies junkie. It's the only coffee he'll drink. I'm not picky. I'll drink any coffee. He also made sure I ended up with 3 packages of the discs along with my machine on Christmas morning. AND a package of my favorite Nabob discs too...lmao.

I bought a blind friend of mine the T20. Even with his sight issues he can still use it without any problem.

I Love Love Love mine! I drink a lot of Lattes and double cap. & I have had no problems at all except my cokes go flat and my tea sours because TASSIMO COFFEE is so very YUMMY!!!!

So...how great did it taste? Have you experienced any problems with this model? I read about leaking water in the reservoir when not in use among other things.

The coffee brand is pronounced Yeh-vah-lee-ah. It is Swedish and comes from the city where it was first produced,( in its original spelling) Gefle, pronounced then as now Yehv-leh.

I have a request and a question. How do I clean my water tank for my coffee maker, . I have the same coffee machine as this one. So far I haven't found any instructions for it. Thanks very much!"

Three questions: 1. With this system, every cup of coffee produces a plastic piece of garbage.. Is that correct? 2. Assuming I'm willing to add more plastic to landfill given the barcodes will it make coffee with off-product 'pods' or will the machine refuse? 2b. (or not 2b) Also, what happens if I can't find the right pods? Do I now have a coffee machine that can't make coffee? C. How much are these wonderous pods?
