Jaffa Cakes are officially cakes. There was a big VAT case regarding it. In the UK chocolate cakes are VAT free goods, while chocolate biscuits are not. Due to it, it was important to distinguish what are the Jaffa Cakes. In the case the cakes were defined as something that hardens when stale, while the biscuits soften. Making Jaffa Cakes - cakes and saving McVitie’s lots of money :)

Top tip for making the cupcakes! The icing bag the powder comes in you can use as a piping bag, just fill it once you've mixed it and snip off the bottom corner!x also love your videos ❤ your a natural. One of my new fave KZbinrs
