Shed some light on the pathetic state of animals in the Patna Zoo. How they are ghettoed in very small place and their space is occupied by the bureaucrats for their golf. Had this zoo been in any other state in the country, people would have done something to remove golf ground from there and made the zoo truly a liveable space for the animals there. But a semi-literate state like Bihar ,where public servants are treated like god( and they want to preserve their heavenly status) this is utopian dream as the majority of the people still getting civilised .Even the Court is not doing anything.
