I did the blanching vegetables prior to stir frying from a previous vid and added bokchoy to it at the end as I like it crunchy and had it on rice. It was great. I love bok choy. Make my own style stir fry. I also use baby bok choy. I use common sense for prepare. I love to use ginger also. I combine vegetables with rice noodles. It comes out very well. But I can always learn new methods. Chinese food is one of the most fascinating food to prepare.
