Continuing our time in Seville, Andalucia we decided to grab wedge or two of Spain's famous Tortilla, made vegan!
Spanish Omelette or Tortilla (as it is known in Espana!) is a much loved global export consisting traditionally of boiled potato chunks mixed with eggs before being oven baked. Obviously, the eggs make this usually vegetarian dish unsuitable for vegans... But have no fear! We have found Veganitessen which serve a 100% plant-based tortilla which can be accompanied by a wide range of toppings to suit your tastes! Join us as we try their take on the Spanish Omelette! This video makes me so happy as I'll travel to Andalusia soon and loved to eat Tortilla in Spain before I became a vegan. Now I know I can still have it over there and don't feel like I'll miss out on anything *___*
