Interesting: the Glenlivet delegate did not bother to "nose" it first. I'm pretty sure that he felt a little embarrassed when the other expert took time to fully appreciate it. The 24 bottles selected for auction eventually sold for over £385,000 - that's an average of £16,000 per bottle.
