Hi Mr S, just let you no about the Golden ale.DARK ROCK BREWING do a allgrain clone kit . I have brewed this kit three times and i am just about to put my fouth one on each one came out exellent HOBGOBLIN GOLD CLONE.

Haven't done a lot of Munton's brews, but not had a good one yet, not even close to good. Mind you the transport to Oz may not help.

Shame it tasted nothing like it was supposed to. American amber is a lovely style. I just found all the Muntons kits to have that home brew tang unfortunately.
