This is a quick recipe and comes together in 10-12min. I made this in true Malaysian style. I’m not a vegan but I love having plant based food every other day. ❤️
Serves 3
250g Rice Noodles (soak in room temp water 30min)
1 large onion sliced
1/2 stalk white part spring onion sliced
3 stalks celery cut strips
1 large carrot cut strips
2 fresh chilli sliced
Celery leaf for garnish
Sauce mixture
3 tablespoon light soy
1 tablespoon dark soy
1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chilli oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
You can mix up and add other ingredients like shrimp etc if you’re not vegan. Also you can swap and use regular oyster sauce.
