Tasty Filled Cookies To Tea

Tasty Filled cookies. Take the most delicious fillings: dried apricots or prunes, nuts or plums, apricots, strawberries, or apples. Filling with any jam will be delicious too.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of orange juice (you can add strawberry juice
to orange juice, but this is optional)
2 eggs
4 cups of flour
1 baking powder sachet (12 g)
1 vanilla sugar sachet (10 g)
powdered sugar for topping
1/4 tsp. of turmeric for color
Stuffing at your discretion.
