Somehow I feel, that all her dishes has the same basic taste, because almost every dish she cooks has the same base. Soybean oil, chopped garlic, fish sauce, chicken powder, salt and sugar. (Sometimes added with oyster sauce and/or chili sauce.) No matter if it's red meat, white meat or veggies. The base stays always the same.
