Sukha Karela Recipe:
350gm Karelas
Salt to taste
4 tbsp white vinegar
Mix well
Set it aside for 15-20 min
Wash the karelas 2-3 times with water
Heat oil
Deep fry for 15-20 min
3 Sliced onions
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
