दोस्तो.... बारिस की सीज़न में अगर आप पूरी बनाते हो तो बेलने के बाद 25 से 30 मिनट का रेस्ट दे दीजिए फिर फ्राई करें..क्योंकि बारिस के दिनों में हवा में नमी ज्यादा होती है इसी लिए ऊपर की परत को हलका सा ड्राय होने में समय थोड़ा ज्यादा लगता है.. बाकी के दिनों में 12 मिनट काफी है.

Tab jaake ye recipe hamaare se bani he.. ye video me me sirf ek baat bataana chuk gaya hu, vo ye ki barish ki nami vaali mousam me puri ko belne ke baad 30 minut ka rest dena padta he fir fry karni he.. baki ki mousam me 12 minut se 15 minut kafi he. Maine ye video garmi ki dry mousam me banaya thaa... tab 12 minut kafi tha.. lekin abhi yaha par barish ka mousam he to maine notice kiya ki rest time ye mousam me thoda badhana padega. Puri crisp karne ke liye upar ki parat thodi si dry karna jaruri he. Bas ye time ka setting mousam ke hisab se karna he.... maine ye bat discription box me likh di he... आटे को 10- 15 मिनट अच्छी तरह बुनकर थोडा तेल का हाथ लगाकर मसलते रहिये ।आधा घन्टा बर्तन से ढककर रखीये। पूरी बेलकर फिर आधा घंटा प्लास्टिक पर खुला रखीये। फिर एक एक तेल में छोडीये। 3से 4 बार झरे से उल्ट पुलट करते रहिये। फिर निकालने पर बडे ताट मे रख पंखे के निचे रखीये। जरूर crispy होगे

This is perfect recipe. I made the exact gol gappe as shown in the video. It became puffy and crispy. I used all purpose floor instead of maida.
