Recipe is good but why these kab abs become dry after frying.

You should add butter or ghee in kabab mix n do not overcook it, otherwise it's total moisture will burn n kababs become dry not soft n juicy. One tip I have learnt that 1-2 tsp mayonnaise should be added to make soft n juicy kababs. Do try🥰. By the way, I have also a small YT chnl of cooking. Hope u like to visit🤗
