Does anyone know a good substitute for sake in dishes? I can really have alchol in any for due to religious reason but i love interrnational cuisine
@chez145 жыл бұрын
Cook makes alcohol evaporates. Usually we even waited the alcohol to evaporates completely in various recipes. so i think you can safely assume you can consume it, but just make sure that the alcohol is evaporated. Idk about religious stuff but if you concerned about it, you can ask about it first to your religious leader. (Or Google about the rules, there's usually many talks about it 😉)

I could actually read and translate most of the title phonetically. Been studying Japanese for a bit, and also using Duolingo to help with it. A year ago I wouldn't have known fuck all about reading Japanese font. I am by no means fluent but I am starting to understand the language and that makes me happy. すてきな、ついたちを。

Ok so there are English people here too that want to make these things, and the instructions in the video aren’t clear enough to follow at times. Like the first recipe for example. We need 1/3 of a... something of scallion, something 4 of mirin, and something 3 of soy sauce??? It does that a lot and not just in this video. If this channel is only made for Japanese people then I understand but I don’t understand the fragmented somewhat English translation that I can’t rlly follow. Sometimes there’s an English translation in the description but there’s not one here. It’s just not consistent for English viewers. Either leave us out completely or make it clear enough for us to follow. Sorry I’m not trying to be hateful but I had to say something about this. I hope it’s taken as constructive criticism because that’s my only intention.

I literally cringed when the panko fell out off the plate 😐 Why cant they make food without wasting 😑
@raywhite71796 жыл бұрын
You can't panko anything without wasting it. What? Did you think you could save the left over panko? There's always going to be left over, whether it falls off the plate or stays on afterward. Bread crumbing *anything* will *always* waste food. It's inherent to the process.
