I prepare something very similar with different ingredients and fry an egg like that. Than I put it on top of my rice. Sounds like something I may make tomorrow for lunch. Mine is called Omurice which is a Japanese dish. But I learned something from this video and that is to add more oil when I fry my egg while swirling it. The deep fried meat sure looks delicious as well. In fact all of the food looks so delicious and healthy.
