Behind the story of Fadma: Fadma is the Amazigh pronunciation of the name Fatma. She symbolizes courage and love. After being rejected by the man she loved, she decided to bravely go to his wedding and declare a poem where she expressed publicly her feelings. That act shows the courage of Fadma. After her public declaration, Fadma fred herself from the bond of the unrequired love to carry on with her life. At the end of the video, Fadma killed her lover - not literally but figuratively. Like if after facing him (manifested by shouting, pushing, beating) she eventually erased him from her life. That caused her pain as she was hysterically beating her heart side - a movement called "nadb ندب" which is practiced by women during the funeral of their beloved ones. Yet, after the morose phase, Fadma regained herself, like the sun, and started dancing (clapping her hands) as a sign of self regain. Fadma rose again during sunrise from her love ashes.
