Plans are e plained nicely, but why are the policy documents printed so badly that they are impossible to read except with a lens. Can the companies not do anything about that.The agents say that they are unable to do anything about it. It is really sad that companies are doing this.

@ONPOINTFinancialServices I know they are available on e mail, but a printed document is more valid from a legal point if view. When the companies are collecting very high premiums from customers, it is more in the correctness of things to give a legible copy. Look at LIC policy documents as an example.Also everyone may not have a computer or a laptop especially the seniors. I wish some you tube channels would highlight this. A printed legible document is easier to handle and read.
