I have watched the entire video and I don't think anyone in the Indian auto industry has done such a detailed comparison of cars in any segment. What details man! Few segments are impeccable like NVH levels at different speeds, headlight throw, storage spaces, boot space (loved your demonstration here), knee room (what an analytical take), overtaking, wiper, horn test etc. Mujhe bhi aisa lagta hai ki koi bhi auto enthusiast aisa video nahi la sakta hai 🙏

Any turbo, ivtec na is enough and never feels underpowered and if u need performance then buy the manual one, it is just rocket at 5k+ rpm. One point I would agree that Honda should provide hybrid powertrain because it's quick, peppy and more torqy.

Creta and Seltos still have the bragging rights in the comparison. There's a reason why they are the best-selling cars in the segment. They have the jack of all trades, yet they are master of none. Both have good space, practicality, features, performance, efficiency, decent ride and handling balance, and they are even proven reliable. The network and after-sales is also very good of Hyundai/Kia. Only if they can get the safety ratings right this time, their sales are totally justified.

I want to share my experience to help others make better car buying decisions. While features can be tempting, don’t overlook the basics like driving dynamics, ergonomics, and build quality. I’ve driven cars like the 2018 EcoSport, Skoda Kushaq, and recently, my brother's 2023 Tata Nexon. Unfortunately, despite the Nexon’s features, its ergonomics and glitches led to disappointment. Similarly, my friend’s MG Astor, despite its features, suffers from poor driving dynamics and soft suspension. From my experience, cars like the Kushaq and Taigun, which offer solid driving performance and quality, are far more satisfying in the long run. So, when choosing a car, focus on the core driving experience and reliability over features alone.

But in person I have checked the ADAS of Seltos, Elevate, Hector and Xuv700. As per me it's the Seltos and XUV which have nailed it. The Elevate couldn't read the lanes properly and the Mg Hector being the most intrusive one.

Respectfully 1. 5 Stars need a sponsored Test else the car will never score 5 stars 2. 5/5 is great but 4/5 is not zero 3. Even a tank cannot save you when driving skills are mostly 0/5 and common sense is a -1/5. people have lost the plot to a marketing gimick that tata played. When most of the country's population commutes on 0 star vehicles like 2 wheelers and public transport, only thing people were trying to do right has been fouled by this shitty saftey marketing gimick. Today people assume if my car is 5/5 i can drive how i want, do what i want.

But safety concerns are limited to uncontrolled environment. You can’t measure that in normal way. Remember a video where a boulder same size as Harrier fell upon it? Cyrus mistry died on the backset of a 1cr mercedes when the car rammed into a divider, Kobe bryant lost his life to a helicopter crash ( that helicoper is a gold standard for reliability in aviation industry) people in the harrier were simply safe and sound because the luck played its role and the boulder didnt fell on its roof directly. Anyways you are missing the point, i am not against saftey, people make their choices and its a great choice to go for something that is safer and reliable. But that choice alone cannot protect us from the nonsense indian roads have become. People have survied commuting in 0 star vechicles al their lives and some have died even in tanks for that matter. My point is simple, this saftey marketing gimick has started to potray cars as invincible mode of commute and there are a lot of dumb people in this country who will simply assume they can do anything with it now.

@@acrush25 I get what you’re trying to say. But build quality and safety certainly aren’t gimmick. But still, no matter how safely you drive, you cannot control other people. And car’s safety is only limited to an extent. Beyond that, even the tanks are unsafe. Diamond may not break by hand but can be cut by another diamond. We have a Wagon R from 2012 and fortunately we didn’t encounter any accident. But the fact stays that it’s a completely unsafe car to have.
