Tata hospital is very best hospital in India ratan tata is like God to us but the staff working in ground level they think themselves as they are ratan tata were their is one or two staff needed their more than ten people are doing the job were staff required their only one person has sit to give appointment and enter file for every single thing patient has to stand in queue unnecessary work which can be done in 10 minutes for that whole day is going today we are not able to take treatment simply bwent and come back.doctors are very good but staff are not behaving properly.please it's an humble request to management that people on ground level are spoiling our ratan tata sir name please take proper action

You are right dear! I have also faced the same. But please remain calm and think peacefully. Patients have come daily in TATA hospital from all over India along with their families. To manage this crowd the staff is forced to do so. If there is no discipline then this can affect the services of doctors. "Stay blessed always"

Dear Viewer, You will get admitted at the same day but make sure that you have all necessary documents and medical reports of your mother's cancer diagnose for reference. Other Documents are : Adhar Card of both patient and attendant . Pan card Samagra ID Income proof All biopsy and other medical reports of cancer patient. Govt. health card (Ayushman card or Jyotiba Phule). For food and logging, there's a locker room and canteen in Tata Hospital so no need to worry about this. Dear Viewer, It will be 30,000 - 40,000 maximum for GENERAL PATIENT but if you have Govt. health card ( Modi Ayushman or Jyotiba Phule card ) then you will not pay anything. You get free treatment. And, if you go for PRIVATE PATIENT then it will be more then 70,000. There is a trust counter near Golden Jubilee Building in TATA Hospital you can talk to them about charges but they help on the basis of family income so I suggest you to go TATA Hospital with income proof and all documents. Dear Viewer, Hope you and your family members are fine !! Your decision is absolutely correct to take treatment from TATA Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Treatment process is simple you have to fill registration form, than they will prescribe you required test with the doctor appointment date. Because they consider their own reports so they will do biopsy again. Further treatment will rest on biopsy report. Health Cards are valid for treatment only, for biopsy you have to pay charges which is very less for GENERAL PATIENT. There are two categories for patients GENERAL and PRIVATE PATIENT treatment charges for both kind of patients is on the basis of family income. But if you have Mahatma Phule Card Or Modi Ayushman card so you will get free treatment. There is a trust counter near Golden Jubilee Building in TATA Hospital you can talk to them about charges but they help on the basis of family income so carry income proof with you and at least 10,000 cash with you when you go to TATA Hospital. Also carry all reports of previous treatment for reference. There are many foundations in Mumbai where cancer patients can stay during treatment at reasonable charges.
