I also have same problem, it showed critical error and stopped after 3 days of delivery, it again showed similar sign ttms, ebd abs, etc error, I filled air in tyre it went away after few min check and fill tyre with same pressure in all tyres Plz if u dnt mind can we share phone no.

This is regarding the TATA Motors and SGA Tata, Coimbatore. Long post alert , but take little time to read this if you have any near future plans to buy TATA vehicles or vehicles from SGA motors. We bought a New Version TATA punch EV last month 19 February 2024. The car had various malfunction alerts from day 1 and we thought it was a minor software bug and called SGA service, they asked us to bring the car for service and they took one hour to reset everything to original and gave back the car stating that there wouldn't be issues anymore. There were malfunctions even after that like after charging the AC wouldn't work for 5 mins that we should stop the car completely and start again. There were sudden noises from the front part of the car and again the same, we would stop and start the car. It will be alright. Even after calling and asking they said it's a minor software issue it will get sorted out as we drive. One fine day the car stopped in the middle of the highway, showing critical error. The gear knob did not work and we couldn't do anything, somehow as we were driving on the left, we could somehow park the car on the side. We called the SGA service centre and they said they will come and after waiting 45 mins on the road no one came and we tried starting the car it got started and we drove to SGA service and left the car for service. After letting them know that we are very disappointed with the vehicle performance like this and we cannot drive a car like this which has errors from day 1. They promised that they would sort out this issue and deliver the car. After 3 days we got back the car from service. On the same day it had the same critical error and we couldn't start the car from home. We tried multiple times and once it started and once it didn't. We totally lost the trust in this car and called SGA cars to take back the car and refund the money. We officially raised a complaint through email to TATA Motors & SGA Motors on 5th March and we got a reply just stating WE REGRET FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED. On the 6th of March, official from SGA Motors came home and inspected the vehicle and started the car with some kit and took a test drive and the car again stopped in a few minutes and they brought back the car home and requested us to take the car for service to sort out and troubleshoot the problems. I had no trust in it, since they already kept the car for 2 days for service and this happened again. I said I do not need this car I want a refund as they have delivered a car with manufacturing defects. I gave them an option to bring a letter from SGA Motors that we are taking this car for service and after that if the car gets the same critical error, the company promises to refund or replace the car. So many calls and mails and visits to home by various officials, but they were not ready to give the letter, we also refused to give the car for service and we strongly told them that we need only a refund of money since we have totally lost trust in TATA Motors and SGA cars. Again a team of officials came home and took the vehicle for a long drive of 80 kms where the car stopped 5 times on the highway with the same critical error. The people from SGA motors and TATA Motors itself accepted that the car is defective and they feel sorry for what has happened and went back. Again and again calls and mails and we did not get a positive response from the SGA side. They are only trying to convince us to let them service the car but not take the responsibility officially that they have delivered a defective car till date. How should we trust this car and again drive this car and put my whole family into risk??? What if again the car stops in the middle of the highway???? Again mails and phone calls, we said at least we don't need a refund, we will either book a NEXON EV and close this issue. Still no response. Lastly we brought the issue to MD of SGA cars knowledge through WhatsApp and the reply was "we will positively sort out the issue." Again yesterday they came home and starting from the first of requesting the car for service and give them 2 days to check the car. We abruptly refused and next they are asking if the car can be taken back and the offer will be made based on the used car only and what price we expect. Is there anything wrong on my side to get a defective car and sell the car as a used car and buy another car from them????? We have already paid an EMI of 29000/- also. Still these people are dragging and dragging and now they say that they will again need time till March 30th to sort out this issue. Its been April 6th today, yet there is no response from dealer or tata motors What can be done on this????? We are totally stressed out and lost all hopes on TATA Motors and SGA cars. I am writing this here that you give a thought twice to go in for TATA vehicles, SGA CARS COIMBATORE as you may be delivered a defective vehicle and people will have no regret on it and they will simply kill your time saying we have meetings and drag the issues, not attend the calls and simply give lame excuses. Promise that we will sort out but never do, gets 1 day time 2 days time and again the same story repeats but no solution arrives. But for us the hard earned money is now gone and we cannot use the car also.

dc fast charging issue, my new tata punch ev 1 week delivery, I am facing dc fast charging issue. My car only charging on ac charger. Car refuse to get charge on dc fast charger. Today shown @ show room as per them actuator is require replacement. Like to know what is the problem?? New car just delivered 7 days back can give this type of problem

After all solution technician change some kind of switch/fuse below steering i dnt know what it calls and after that no error car working absolutely perfect👍
