I am currently working in the Tata group ( Steel Business ) and my point of view is after Ratan Tata's demise, the culture at TATA has been changing gradually. Every day, there's a new circular, resulting in excessive cost-cutting. Manpower reduction is being done in one way or another. Even initiatives for employee welfare have been compromised, with cost-cutting taking precedence over all other activities.
