Huge respect to MotoFam and Asar sir for branding this as "Most Affordable EV". I see many other influencers promoting this product as "Cheapest EV", please don't promote like this. This was a great move by our TATA to bring EV to larger audience and we all should support TATAs move. I request this because same happened to Nano back in the day where everyone promoted as Cheapest car instead of most affordable car which made a huge difference... Def for your hard work & efforts, you will be called for Official Test Drive 👍🏻… In this video, I could see that the Range was 174 KM with 99% battery capacity. Hopefully it should be more than that in real world. And also head nod issue (previously mentioned in ur review) should have been resolved in this update. Mostly a city car rather than highway cruiser

I have one query, I'm planning to buy car in Tamilnadu, what are the things that we need to take care when we take the vechicle to other states. My worklocation is Karnataka. I'm confused to get the registration. This is making difficult to take decision to buy car now. If possible please help our community to know about the rules and regulations of NOC, pros and cons of registration in Tamilnadu or Karnataka. I agree that EV definitely a cost effective with respect to running cost. But, I feel company is quoting the wrong price per milege in comparison. As per ARAI Tiago petrol cost 5100 rupees for 1000 kms, not 7500 rupees. some maruthi cars cost 4000 rupees for 1000kms.

What about the safety of the batteries in the event of a crash??? Will it burst as we see in ola scooter??? Battery has a warranty till 8 years or 160k kms as u said... my other doubt is will the battery be replaced free of cost in that period or we need to pay a part of the cost for a new battery pack... would appreciate a reply on these doubts as i am seriously considering the Tiago ev...

I own Nexon EV and fairly satisfied with its performance. Regarding battery warranty, TATA says that they can check individual cells on battery and will replace only those which are required or having problems. Also, with each passing year battery R&D is getting improved which means that after 8 years batteries will be more powerful and might be cheaper. Figures crossed...

Disadvantages of EV cars : 1. Initial cost 2. Less charging points. (very very less compared to petrol stations.) 3.Waiting time at charging stations. (So, more journey time) 4. Charging amount (may be less, but, you will have to pay) 5.Battery performance & durability is a big question mark here..( will be known 100% only after prolonged continuous usage) 6. Labour of putting charge, monitoring it & removing the charging plug. (If it is of petrol / diesel cars, you can fill fuel just like that on the way & go..) 7. Battery space occupied in the car definitely comprises useful & practical space in some how or another. 8. Heard some incidents happened in EV cars. So, as of now, this many disadvantages (may increase in future) are there in EV cars. Therefore, why our Govt. & automobiles companies can do further indepth researches in developing/bringing pollution free petrol cars..instead of canvassing peoples to buy EV cars..kindly think.👍 In my opinion, hybrid cars are far far better than EV cars.

Main concern here now a days sudden flood and heavy rains . If this vehicle is covered by rain water , what will happen in battery ? Do we need to replace complete battery or can be repaired ? If complete replacement mean who has to take the ownership. Also battery cost how much ? Every 8 year Once we have to chance battery so mean 1 year cost of battery
