Nowadays every vehicle comes with Keyless entry or central locking system and after regular use for almost 1.5-2 years the battery of key get drained which needs to be replaced.

If red LED remote flashes for 5 times after placing and releasing any button on remote. It is recommended to replace battery. ( Source: Tata Motors Owner's Manual )

Thank you for making this video. I almost decided to get a replacement for my car key after it stopped working (left the key in my pant's pocket and put it in washing machine). Then randomly one day I found your video and decided to try replacing the battery instead. The key started to work after replacing the battery. Saved me at least 2000 Rs.
