I recently bought Tata Tiago XZA+ and I am fully satisfied with my car. Before that I was searching in hatchback segment which one to buy. I test drive Swift, Tiago and i10 Nios. Among these 3 I ended up purchasing Tiago as I felt safety is utmost priority. All 3 have their uniqueness. Swift for its mileage and engine. Tiago for its strong build quality and Interior especially infotainment system. i10 for its premium interiors and stylish looks.

Crash is not real safety.. No car can survive high speed accident with truck or bus.. I have seen even fortuner crush like tin in high speed accident.. Crash test done in 57 km/hr..most accident occur above 80km/hr..for real safety wear seat belt.. No drink drive.. No risky overtake .. Keep distance.. No ngt high beam drive.. Keep speed limit.. So don't believe in sponsored crash test by rival company to tarnish best car company.. Trick is avoid accident by sensible driving. stop being stupid by reckless drive believing ur car is 5 star rating and nothing happens..people drive cars like maruti 800 and Wagon r for 15 to 20 yrs without any accident..engine is the heart of car..without good engine car is just metal box..Maruti makes best car engine in India.. Tiago has much better stability & cornering even single person driving. Swift feels very light & less confidence at 60 speed also. I drive both cars regularly. Mileage doesn't matters at highways upto 5km,, but stability & safety matters

SOMETIMES I FACED LITTLE BIT OF PROBLEMS BECAUSE THE SENSORS WERE UNDER THE CARRIAGE AND GOT DEFECTIVE WHENEVER PASSING THROUGH WATER LOGGED STREETS OF KOLKATA. RECENTLY , ON THE ROAD , DURING DRIVING I FOUND THAT THE GEARS WERE NOT SHIFTING. I GAVE IT TO THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF TATAS AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION UNIT IS IMPORTED AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED IN INDIA AND I HAVE TO PAY Rs.1,60,000 . IT WAS SHOCKING FOR ME AS THIS WAS NEVER TOLD WHEN I WAS PERSUADED TO BUY THIS TIAGO WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION UNIT. THE RESPONSE FROM TATA MOTOR CUSTOMER CARE WAS PATHETIC AND THE ATTITUDE WAS - WE DON'T CARE. I HAVE NOW FILED A CASE WITH CUSTOMER CARE.
