Problem is our Indian market doesn't care about ride quality, build quality etc. Only thing that matters is price and looks. If you closely look at the cars which are discontinued at this time, you'll notice that almost all of them were gems. Fiat Punto is one great example.

It was not all that good, it had a cast iron engine block which is outdated by today's standard also it is quite heavier than aluminium one. Moreover it was an first attempt from tata to make petrol engine so there might be a fair chances of flaws within design and that let it down to be a future ready.

Welcome to ahmedabad sir. I sold tata zest xm last month and have driven that till 2,05,000 kms. Model was the diesel one quadrajet(90Ps) bought in 2014 nov. I must say the most reliable car till date and never got any service related problems too.Zest should have been continued.

Swift aur Inova ka Radiator fat ke dhuan nikalne laga jab ki Zest ka sirf bumper dent ho gaya aur Dicki andar dhas gayee lekin fasi nahi. I was with My family and thanks to God and TATA everyone was safe.I called my Service center in Vasai aur unhone immidiate meri gadi servicing ke liye le li. I have seen many TATA car Accident where 99.9 percent commuters remain safe. jab bhi mein koi Zest Road pe dekhta hun I always honk in gratitude of being a Zest Owner. Thoda ajeeb hai par proud to be a Tata owner.

Brother ek video aap banayie automated Delhi car driving test par jisme reverse S, parallel parking, gradient aur 8 type track driving hota h. Isme bahut se log fail ho rahe hain. Delhi court me bhi is tough driving test ki complaint ho chuki h. Agar aap apni easy language me is video ko banayenge to logo ko bahut fayeda hoga.

Should have continued zest, I have a zest petrol. It was the car that got Tata back, but they started to sell taxis again with the zest rather than upgrading it. They should build it on the Alfa platform and retain the name plate.
