I am a Tata Nexon owner and after owning for 3 year I can clearly say that after sale and servicing of the Tata is not one the worst but the worst in the industry .

Me and My friend bought our cars in the same month august 2020. He Bought Tata Nexon XM(S) petrol, and I went for venue S plus petrol... after buying the Car he faced so many issues regarding the engine lights, parking sensor issues, sun roof issue and he kept going to the Service center 2-3 times per month for 4-5 months...at the end He sold the car after 8 months and purchased Brezza LXI. Since than i drove my venue 14000 KM, without even a single issue. No matter how Good the build quality is, Customer's peace of mind and his/her time is still the most important thing.

Same issue i faced.. purchased Nexon..got fed up with minor issues and also the service experience was pathetic..now own venue diesel 1.5...just loving it..drove 35000km 2 yrs..not a single problem..after sales service is 10/10

Venue petrol or diesel? And venue is under power. As I'm a new user of venue sx petrol. Car is good but sometimes it takes speed slowly while u push full accelerate. And car's mileage is also very low.

humari tiago k saath bhi same dikkat,delivery de hi nhi reh the,aur jabb di,we took the top most xz+,uska lock hi kharab ho gya(from where we can insert key and open de car),we bought kaziranga nexon the previous day from arya tata,gurugram,op dealership,koi dikkat nahi

I was very impressed with Tata altroz and went showroom to buy in 2022. Highend costs 11.28 Lakhs with two airbags. On the other hand Ford aspire high end costs 10.25 L with six air bags. I feelings great I took right decision interms of build quality, pickup, milege and sevice after market. Thanks to Ford and seriously wish it comes back.

Same I had to choose between tiago nexon and freestyle I m with freestyle and a great service experience in centre I had driven my Ford 600000klm as I have tata nano and punch and tigor 😢 but tata experience is 0 and ford is like family wali feeling they give a personal room ac room in front of car bay and I can see what is going on from mirror and snacks and coffee they provide as I goo from 150 klm also they give pickup and drop to city places if we dnt want to stay there

This is sad reality of Indian made cars. Dealerships are the ones killing real joy of the vehicles. Most Tata dealers act as if they are govt employees.

Bhai ase to sab caro me kuch na kcuh gadabad hai to ab konshi gadi le samj nhi aa rah hai kuch. Muje tata tigor lani hai cng me use pahle bhi mene dusru company ki gadiyon ko dekha hai lakin har ek me kuch na kuch fault h. Ab kya karu so canfused 😩😩😩

I owned maruti 800 (2008) model and still I do long drives oftenly in it. This is my first car and have never faced any inconveniences from maruti and car till now. This is the difference between tata and maruti. This is very lucky car for me. Also it's very rough and tough and i do little bit offroading in it.

I have Maruti Alto (2004 model) and it is still going smooth. Safety is an important aspect but peace of mind is the most important thing.

Very sad to hear the owner's ordeal. When the owner knew the history of this car..he should have *rejected* the purchase. Being a owner of 1 year old Harrier with sunroof..even I am scared. The sunroof shattering is a serious issue. From the whole episode..I can understand that *the dealership is at fault* here. I am sharing a incident here of my Harrier: During PDI my car had it's battery down. Informed my Dealer and they recharged battery. 2 days after delivery again Battery went off and we replaced with new at my home. Post that 4 months later again the issue came and kept occuring till January-February this year. As my dealer has been extremely helpful & supportive, they again replaced battery but issue wasn't rectified. Finally, upon dealer's repeated requests I left my car with them for 4-5 days and the issue was of *Current Leakage* . My dealer immediately under warranty replaced the faulty part and now its good. My car is running well. I give a Big Thanks to my Dealer for it. With due honesty, my dealer didn't charge me a penny.

“My dealer didnt charge me a penny” 😅 this dialogue of yours makes me laugh so hysterically 😂😂😂 Sorry but this mindset is the reason why india is a seller market ! How could they charge u for a genuine issue that crop up just in days of buying a new car !!!!!!!! On the contrary you should be getting the compensation for this ordeal that u have to take your car multiple times to service centre without any fault of yours !!! Your time wasted ! You were without a car for 4-5 days ! Pata nahi kab mindset badlega !!!!

Delivery ke wakt hi gadi me agar problem aaya tha matlab gadi factory se hi faulty nikla tha. To sawal teh utha hai ki factory ka quality control department kya kar raha tha? Uske baad gadi dealer ke paas aaya. Unko bhi check Karna hota hai to wo kya kar rehe the? Kya kisiko pata nehi chala ki gadi me problem hai?

Tata is esp a truck bus company and consider their even premium customers like 🚛 🚌 drivers. So never expect for service with them.

For this reason, I didn't buy Tata Harrier. Making excellent cars is great but selling and after-sales issues are completely unreliable! Finally settled in VW Taigun Topline AT which drives like nothing else!!! Loved Tata Harrier and drove it several times and the reason to reject this car was sales and after-sales ONLY! I hope Tata fixes this issue and many many many issues floating on the Internet.

@@EtherealMisconduct Yes. I own a Polo TDi since 2012 so I can relate to your comment. I'm a big fan of VW cars but Harrier is worth the comparison! But we buy cars with after-sales too! Anyways, I'm happy with VW service and the car drives exceptionally well and it's really impossible to move out of VW now.

@@scorpioscorpio9043 Correct! But how will we know if the dealer is good? It all depends on Tata company to control dealers which is really bad! There are instances where customers are beaten, cheated, and used political influence to keep their mouths shut! What is Tata doing to fix these issues? Many cases are pending which could have been resolved but it's been 2-3 years it's pending! Tata got no control. Just to add I'm one of the fans and admirers of Ratan Tata Ji but that will not solve the problem.

I had bought suzuki spresso inspite of knowing the safety issues.. but can say maruti's service is far far better than this.. they understand the customer,u raise one issue with in few hours it is solved

I own a Tata Harrier since last 2.5 years and personally i won’t recommend anybody to buy Harrier. Built is strong but its sensor issue is very frequent. Service centres are small relative to their inputs & quality of service and sitting area are poor. Personally i don’t feel its worth to spend 25 lakh in Tata cars. Tata requires complete restructuring of its servicing centres.

You are correct, they should launch a completely new unit only meant for the sale and after sales services, and should have the direct control over it functioning. They need to do it or elsr nobody will ever trust indian brands. We own a 2008 model scorpio, it is a gem of a car, even after 14 years the car is unbeatable. The car has went into several elections and has run for almost 1,80,000-2lakh kilometeres. And after the service the pickup becomes heavenly and so is the car with standard mahindra services.

Being a Tata customer I agree with this story because I too suffered from the service of tata motors their main priority is sales, they have tons of complaints still they don't show any sort of interest for the better performance in service now I am quitting tata just because of their underrated services

No customer will trust a company that much .. if they , they are the most lucky customer to the company !! Hope Tata gets them a new car .. Defective in vehicles are common , but company should resolve it asap , then only sales will also increase

Tata has to follow maruti to make customer a client ... And my personal experience is yesterday I went to hundai showroom first we felt good there but after that next was tata showroom..there was a person who was in so much hurry and didn't tell anything about the car Tiago...he took keys after asking and gave it us to strat the car ....simpaly and stood far from us....then we went to nexa.... everything was high and different...

Earlier we also had plans to buy harrier top model and that too by cash(no emi). But now, because of the after market services of tata and their reputation of delivering defective cars, we decided to wait for another year and then buy fortuner 🙂

Thank god my father didn't faced these issues during delivery of harrier everyone there were so polite and helpfull thanks TATA motors but yes at some places TATa should take action

I have also tata car but i am recommending not to buy tata car more than 10-12 lakh. It will take 4-5 yrs more to improve after sales n dealership service. They are trying hard but not successful yet.

Another day, another reliability related issue of Tata on social media.. The main culprit is the dealer but Tata is also to be partly blamed for not being strict enough with dealers. Dealers of brands like Honda, Nissan, VW, Skoda are afraid of the companies because these companies take customer satisfaction very seriously unlike Tata..

Still tata lovers will say that "we have 5 star safety rating", jab gadi hi naa chale toh 5 star hi milegi😂, baki tata badnam kevel inhi wajah se hai, " After sales service, technical faults, resale value, mileage, many things etc. ", so agar maruti ne apni safety improve karli toh tata ko nahi poochega😂

Now new i20 sportz has auto ac and cruise control so mileage aur acha milega highway par.... I20 ka interior baleno se bahut jada better lagega....I20 sportz thoda under power lagti hai 3 rd gear pe... Baleno ka power jada better feel hoga because uska weight km hai.... baleno lena because uska mileage aur boot space dono hi i20 se jada hai.... Build quality mein bhi thoda baleno ne thoda improve kiya hai but ye aap wha visit karke hi check karo.... Aap dono models ka test drive karo ur decide karo

My brother had faced warning light issues in new Harrier , they changed the wires but error was still there , later after when a sensor was changed the error went away . The local engineers and technicians had no knowledge of this new car . The car was in agency for first 2 weeks. But now it's perfect. Great vehicle. Tata should give proper training their technical staff. These are great cars. But Tata motors lacks in service

I test drove harrier & found that it’s not worth it Engine from fiat Chassis from JLR Auto gear box from Hyundai This is not what other big manufacturers do they design the product from scratch & use all their parts Therefore bought VW PASSAT IN 2019

Problem is unlike Anand Mahindra, Mr. Ratan Tata is not active in social media and so he is unaware of such happenings. Tata Motors is Indian company so the dealerships don't have proper work culture aiming for customer satisfaction. Tata it's time for you to learn something from Maruti Suzuki and Toyota.

I am tata safari owner too. Even I have faced alignment problem, vibration problem and scratches which was already there when I reached home after taking delivery. Tata hasn't accept it's problem yet.

I too had same issues with my Nexon delivery. Before delivery itself there were many minor issues like bumper panel gaps, Nexon logo not fixed properly etc. Dealer promised to resolve all issue before delivery but nothing they did. I had to take the delivery with defects only. They are taught to always say YES to customers but nothing will be done. During delivery also the vehicle was not ready until evening though we reached the showroom morning itself. They start thinking about delivery after we reach show room. None of the documents were ready too. It's been 2 months now still many things are pending from their side. This is the big problem with tata cars. Poor customer satisfaction.

feeling sorry for Romit ji 😔. I will never want my parents and myself to go through this. He should directly contact tata, maybe this dealership is owned by not so good person, they are cheating him. Tata ki gaadi achi hai but baki bhi kaafi saari companies achi gaadi banati hai and sales and service bhi achi hai unka , Tata should give dealership to good people and cancel dealership of gunda type people .

These are the reasons why I didn't consider Tata cars for replacement of my old car. I went straight to Nexa showroom and booked Baleno Alpha and took delivery one and half month later. I am happy with the car. So beware of owning Tata cars. These problems can happen to anybody.

@@RAJ-km8gw bro , I bought TATA NEXON from that dealer. And it is the largest dealer in kolkata.. I did my 2 free service and one insurance claim works from that dealer.. I m happy with the car and their service till now. And Trust me they are the biggest but busiest service centre in kolkata.. Why? All owners are stupid?. No.. you need to be very careful while dealing with them.. That's all.. After First service I also made a report against them as the cleaning is not satisfactory. But they called me and give me a free washing for my car.. they asked money before PDI.. But I denied.. after getting all positive signal I gave them the cheque. It happens with every dealership of each and every company. But it is up to you how you deal with them.. now it is up to you bro. BTW PUNCH is a good choice. Congratulations in advance.

It depends on situation to situation, dealer to dealer . My father has used 4 Tata cars uptil now 2 safaris , vista & indigo . We had good experience with the cars can't say much about service but the safari we have currently , Tata provides good service at least till now . And we even had an accident of our vista but Tata's service was good I guess.(ps - my father's first brand new car was also a TATA) 😆😆

My brother and I went to one of the tata dealerships in Noida, we saw car and brother decided to buy Safari in Cash, after test drive we waited for booking n to do advance, we headed that salesman is giving different waiting periods to customer for same variant, when confronted he rudely responded,,, at that moment we decided not to buy Tata..

I am working in a tata interprise now, tata is not bad but there are alot of corrupt people working In almost every sector, even our managers eat all the money which tata's send as employees bonus , but we don't have anyone to complain about this as most of the higher management people are included in this, tata enterprises are not that great place work rn they should reply look into this if they need to maintain there name
