It is sad to experience the fact that small contractors like me have not been paid their retention money despite the fact 2 yrs have passed since we completed our job in jammu and Kashmir on manwal wanpoh ( leh) line (400 Kw LINE) very bad experience working with the brand name Tata.

Organization of thives, they make small contractors like us work for them earn huge profits and then run away without releasing the retention amounts collected from us worth several crores. Perfect example of white collar thives. Can anyone advise how to get our retention money from these thives,. Does approaching labour court helps or should one approach High Court for recovery proceeding. We are more than 50 contractors who have been duped of our hard earned money .

See if tata power is looting contractors. It's REALLY SHAMEFUL. I Really RESPECT Honourable Sir Ratan Tata. He is my inspiration. As he donates TATA's revenues in charity for free. So why they are looting contractors? THEY ARE ALSO NOT WORKING FOR FREE.THEY DO HARD WORK DAY AND NIGHT. I THINK THERE IS PROBLEM IN MANAGEMENT. may be some people there are CORRUPT.
