It was Baermar's sweater that got killswitched, and it's because the sweater made him completely silent. Basekit Iron Will, Calm Spirit, Lightfooted, Balanced Landing, Quick and Quiet, all of it. It also uses Aestri's name and portrait instead of Baermar's when equipped, which I think has to do with the bug itself. I think Baermar might be silent because the game doesn't know whether to give him Aestri's sound files or his, due to some mismatch in the files or something.
