Love Your Shrinkage | 4C/4B Hair

I did a twist out, then i went swimming and it got wet and shrunk so i just had shrinkage and i did nothing to it, so my mum and aunt saw me and said "your hair looks like that of a mad person, may be you should cut it". I just walked away. But shrinkage is so nice and healthy.

I've always loved how my hair bounced back when it's shrunken. I still spend five minutes after I DC pulling hair back and it bouncing back. The faster it shrunk the happier I am because it means, to me, it's healthy. Plus it's so fun. Like playing with springs.

this is exactly what happens when my hair gets wet, and I used to wet my hair every morning to make it easier to style, but I've stopped doing it now because my hair would go too short. But I'll try going back to what I did before. Thank you for the video!!💕

How do I get hair to shrink on a fresh twist out?? I do not like the stretched twist out look (if that makes sense)

i cant be stretching my hair. its too damn thick to be wearing in tight ass braids or twists all the time, gives me a headache! hot combs and all the hullabaloo i don't care anymore. i want to have *more* shrinkage - does anyone have any tips on how to make the afro eve tighter without cutting it? because I don't want to cut it but its getting very thick and I'm losing patience. is there some kind of cap I can wear? i need a tight curly crown

try using the banding method or even braiding it down at night then picking it out I’m sure it will shrink after

Donot use a comb. Use your hands when detangling. Also try tea rinses, they help with hair loss.
